Refund policy

Unopened parcels

If you decide not to keep your order at delivery, keep the parcel unopened and arrange its return with the courier. Contact us on 01226444549 so we can coordinate the return and any refund due.

Opened beauty products

We do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened or used beauty products where a hygiene exception applies.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. The unopened-parcel condition does not remove your statutory rights.

This policy is subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection law, including applicable return periods and exceptions. Contact us for help with returns after delivery.
