Use
Apply to the concerned area and massage in circular motions until fully absorbed. Use sparingly as needed. Wash hands after each use. The massage gel can be applied to all muscle, joint and tendon/ligament areas experiencing pain or tension, or likely to be subjected to physical strain, including:

Cautions
